We currently offer conferences, Master Classes and Training in each of the Key to Learning Modules. These are tailored to the individual needs and budget constraints of each client.
Current clients vary from Government Ministries to individual educational establishments. Audiences can range in size from 5 to 500.
We have extensive experience of conducting various levels of these activities worldwide – a list of countries can be seen below.
There is a need to book at least 3 months in advance as we are currently busy training in various countries around the world in 2016 and 2017.
While Galina is happy and experienced in travelling to any part of the world, we also have experienced trainers and partners in several international locations.
Normally these are one day on length and focus on a general introduction to the concepts of Vygotsky and their application in the classroom. Depending on the size of the conference there will be a degree of interactivity. These one day conferences are also a pre-requisite for any future training in the Key to Learning curriculum.
Often clients want to focus on a particular aspect of the curriculum or approach. For example, we have performed Masterclasses for Mathematics and also for Self Regulation. These are normally 3-4 hours in length.
The picture shows a Construction module Masterclass in Jakarta 2015.
Institutions that purchase the curriculum require training to implement the programmes. The length of the training depends on the number of modules and any financial constraints. It is our experience that the initial training is most effective when Galina introduces the modules. It is our intention however, where a new location is introducing in the programmes is for Galina to train trainers so that the training can be localised and more cost effective.
There are institutions in the following countries that are currently using the Key to Learning Early Years curriculum:
- Puerto Rico
- South Africa
